Swedish Privacy Agency starting an AI pilot project
The Swedish Privacy Agency (IMY) is now starting a pilot project with regulatory testing activities. An innovation project run by Sahlgrenska University Hospital, Region Halland and AI Sweden will in the autumn receive in-depth legal guidance from IMY in matters relating to decentralized AI.
Through this regulatory testing activity, the actors can test their ideas in dialogue with the supervisory authority IMY and receive support in legal assessments. The working method enables mutual learning – for the current business in matters of the regulations, and for the supervisory authority in how the technology works and which issues are brought up to date.
