Italy passes draft Do Not Call law
4 January 2018 The Senate passed, on 22 December 2017, a draft law on New Provisions on the Registration and Functioning of the Do Not Call (‘DNC’) Register and Creation of National Prefixes for Telephone Calls for Statistical, Promotional and Market Research Purposes (C. 4619, S. 2603-B) (‘the Draft Law’), which was welcomed by the Italian data protection authority (‘Garante’).
