CIPL Issues Recommendations for Implementing Transparency, Consent and Legitimate Interest under the GDPR
Recently, the Centre for Information Policy Leadership (“CIPL”) at Hunton & Williams LLP issued a white paper on Recommendations for Implementing Transparency, Consent and Legitimate Interest under the GDPR (the “White Paper”).
