The Article 29 Data Protection Working Party has released its proposed guidelines on transparency , which are open to public comment until Jan. 23, 2018. The guidelines provide practical guidance and interpretive assistance regarding transparency obligations under the GDPR and set out general principles on the rights of data subjects.
