Swedish DPA criticizes proposed data retention reform

The Swedish data protection authority (‘Datainspektionen’) published, on 31 January 2018, its opinion on the Ministry of Justice’s report on proposals to reform the Swedish data retention provisions in order to bring them into line with EU law.
