Portugal adopts draft law implementing GDPR
On 14 June 2019 Assembly of the Portugal had approved law implementing the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Draft Law has been sent to the President of Portugal for final approval and will come into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Portugal.
