Austrian presidency publishes draft ePrivacy Regulation
On July 10, 2018, the Austrian presidency of the Council of the EU published draft of the proposed ePrivacy Regulation. Articles 6, 8 and 10 (and the related recitals) of the ePrivacy Regulation proposal has been amended since last draft.
