Are exam answers personal data?
In December 2017 the Second Chamber of the Court of Justice reached a decision in the well-known case of Peter Nowak against the Data Protection Commissioner. The case started with a request for a preliminary ruling under Article 267 TFEU from the Supreme Court in Ireland.
