The guidelines provide a detailed description of the GDPR cooperation between DPAs and aim to further increase the consistent application of the legal provisions relating to the one-stop-shop mechanism.
These guidelines handle the interactions of the supervisory authorities with each other, with the EDPB and with third parties under Article 60 GDPR. The aim is to analyse the cooperation procedure and to give guidance on the concrete application of the provisions.
The guidelines help DPAs to interpret and apply their own national procedures in such a way that it conforms to and fits in the cooperation under the one-stop-shop mechanism.
