Digital autonomy is a complex and urgent issue that is an important part of an integrated approach to cyber resilience, including the necessary investments in accordance with the earlier advice from the Cyber Security Council (CSR). The present advice focuses specifically on the subject of digital autonomy and cybersecurity. Our ultimate challenge: How do we as the Netherlands maintain control over our democracy, rule of law and economic innovation system in the digital world?
