We are GDPRbuzz now!
Over the year I started several privacy and data protection related project. But recently I understood that running several projects and websites takes way too much of my resources. So I fuigured out that rather than maintaining many websites I’d be better spending time creating content and more tools. Therefore I joined 3 of my projects – DataProtection.news, DataProtection.blog and DPO.guide – into one: GDPRbuzz and narrow my focus on GDPR and EU data protection.
GDPRbuzz now intends to cover everythg GDPR and EU data protection related, but also UK. Sorry, that means less US and other region news. Unlike 10-15 years ago, privacy and data protection is very hot topic now and there are more information published every than it is possible to consume. And that includes not just news and blog posts, but also related court decisions and official guidelines. That means I can’t cover it all – therefore I will focus on most relevant focus. That said, I’ll be happy to help also everyone outside EU to understand regulation here.
With dropping several sites and narroeing focus, I hope to make this project better and more useful to everyone who is interested in their privacy, or want to ensure GDPR compliance. I plan on continuously adding more guidance, tools and possibilities (as FAQ section). Any ideas or support – as articles, guidelines, or donations – are really welcome.
